Kelsey Haslam

Kelsey Haslam is a J.D. Candidate at Charleston School of Law in Charleston, SC where she serves as a Senator for the Student Bar Association and as a Student Ambassador. She expects to graduate in 2025.

Throughout her academic journey, Kelsey has demonstrated a strong commitment to the legal field, particularly in the specialized area of estate planning. Prior to her legal studies, Kelsey worked in financial planning and later, full-time as an estate planning paralegal for several years. She received her Associates Degree from Dixie State University (currently known as Utah Tech University) where she competed at the state level with DECA before she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and Business Management from Southern Utah University. This academic foundation, combined with her passion for law and helping others, drives Kelsey’s pursuit of excellence in the legal profession.

Kelsey is actively involved in service and enjoys volunteering with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) clinic, a local sexual assault center, and a local youth group. She believes in giving back to her community and is committed to making a positive impact through her actions.

Outside of her academic and professional endeavors, Kelsey loves to travel, read, and play mixed doubles pickleball with her husband. She also loves playing board games and spending time with her friends and family. Upon graduation, Kelsey plans to return home to St. George, UT, and continue helping clients as an estate planning attorney.
