Thomas J. Bayles
Mr. Bayles is renowned in the legal industry for his expertise in estate planning, estate taxes, income taxes, business planning, and his ability to connect with clients.
Phillip G. Gubler
Phillip joined ProvenLaw in 2011 and has focused his career on estate planning (Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives), probate, guardianships, conservatorships, adoptions, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant, and business law.
J. Wendell Bayles
Mr. Bayles attended the University of Utah where he graduated in 1964 with his BS degree in economics as a social science. He received his Juris Doctor from U of Utah, graduating first in his class in 1965.
Annie joined ProvenLaw in June of 2018 as a legal assistant. Although this is her first experience working in a law firm, she is eager to learn and help those in need. She has always believed that no matter how hard the work is, it is always worth seeing the smile of those around her.
Adam is the Marketing Director who works with Sales Representatives to put together marketing contracts. Adam believes that Marketing is one of the most important things that a business can do to prosper. He has worked at ProvenLaw for the last 3 years in varying capacities.
Maddie joined ProvenLaw in October of 2020 as a legal assistant. With no prior experience in the legal field she is committed to working hard and learning as much as possible to help those around her. Throughout her life she has always found great happiness serving those in need.
Mesa considers herself incredibly fortunate to have joined the exceptional ProvenLaw team in September of 2020. Mesa graduated from Hurricane High School in 2019 where she made the honor roll.
Carter Gubler was born in Kansas and is the third of five children in his family. He loves soccer and plays competitively as a midfielder. He is a Junior at Snow Canyon High School and plays on the high school soccer team. He also enjoys fishing and anything outdoors.
Emma Loris is a new intern to ProvenLaw, PLLC and is excited to be in the workforce. Emma is an excellent student at Snow Canyon High School.
Berkley is a senior at Desert Hills High School and will graduate in the spring. She has been on the school’s yearbook staff for 3 years and the editor for 2 of those years. After High School, she plans to attend an esthetics school and get her master esthetician license.
